Elmer Ebadi is one of the pre-made NPC burglars who resides in the Free Play version of Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two burglars are Mary Taylor and Hayden Raha. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Elmer has short black hair, dark blue eyes, and medium skin. He is a Family Sim with the Cancer zodiac sign.

As far as personality, Elmer is quite neat, and somewhat active and playful. But he is quite shy and grouchy. When it comes to Elmer's skill points, he has 3 skill points in the creativity skill, but he doesn't have any other skills. He is mostly interested in Environment, Culture, and Crime. Elmer has the same facial structure as Skylar Couderc. His turn ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game. It is only referenced in the game files that he has no turn ons/offs.

He may be related to Jessica Ebadi, another burglar in Pleasantview, as they share the same surname.
