JRA International Equestrian Center in Appaloosa Plains

A Equestrian Center is a new lot assignment introduced in The Sims 3: Pets. In this lot there are a variety of activities related to horses: Sims can buy or sell horses, services for reproduction are offered to the Sims as well (stud for males, mare impregnation for females). In the Equestrian Center, Sims can attend riding classes and start competing in equestrian competitions, which other Sims can also watch. The Equestrian Center is a rabbit hole, thus it is impossible to see inside.

There is one equestrian center in Appaloosa Plains. Known as JRA International Equestrian Center, it is the default equestrian center in the neighbourhood. It has a ranch to help in needs of horses.

If Showtime is installed, the lot will be placed in Starlight Shores.
