Constance Ulett is a wealthy elder who lives in my version of Veronaville with her teenage daughter, Rosaline Ulett. She is a longtime friend and business partner of Consort and the late Contessa Capp, and acquainted with most of the Capp relatives. She works in the Politics career track as a Judge. Constance is widowed, but takes both single motherhood and being an older parent in stride. She takes great pride in Rosaline's academic achievements and wish to follow in her footsteps.

Since the death of Consort Capp, Constance has felt somewhat lonely, and copes by immersing herself in her work and in helping raise her granddaughters. She also holds strongly to the vendetta against the Monty family, and hopes that her son-in-law's career in law enforcement will help lead to some convictions in the Monty crime syndicate.
Like her friend Consort, Constance severely dislikes the Montys, although she is not enemies with any of them as he is. She disapproves of her daughter hanging around the younger Monty boys, as she seems them as poor influences.

Constance's surname and closeness with the Capp family is a play on the formula used to generate the name "Capp" from "Capulet," but otherwise, she holds little relation to any of Shakespeare's plays.

Constance Ulett is a longtime friend and business partner of the late Consort and Contessa Capp. She lives in her ancestral home with her daughter Rosaline, son-in-law Tybalt, and twin granddaughters Euphrosyne and Valeria; and works in the Politics career track as a Judge. She takes great pride both in her own accomplishments and those of her daughter, who she feels has done an excellent job of following in her footsteps.

Constance's surname and closeness with the Capp family is a play on the formula used to generate the name "Capp" from "Capulet," but otherwise, she holds little relation to any of Shakespeare's plays.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Despite being in the same generation as Consort and Contessa Capp, Constance's daughter is the same age as their grandchildren. This is because she married much later and waited a few years to have children.
  • Constance's name begins with the same three letters as her Capp friends. This was intentional on my part.
  • I was originally going to name Constance "Violenta," after a non-speaking character from All's Well that Ends Well, but the name struck me as a bit too close to "violent," and "Constance" was more thematically appropriate.
  • As an adult, Constance had brown hair.
