Lieutenant Gwen Johnson-Hardy (born February 10, 1963) is the change of the Moonlight Bay Police [. Prior to taking over SVU, Hardy worked as an SVU Desk Sergeant and was partnered with Penny Aragon for over 13 years. After Aragon's resignation, Benson partnered primarily with Kara Beck before she became a lieutenant and took over the MBP from Sergeant Donna Travis.
