Vice Captain Henry Cragen is single father of Kayla Cragen and just divorce with Toni Cragen and charge of Vice Captain Commanding Officer of 12th Prescient and its was partnered with Sergeant Hearthstone, after Captain Liveran's reassigned position and Cragen promoted to IAB Captain, assigned to Moonlight Bay while Lieutenant Nealto's office were vacant, Deputy Chief Benson and IAB Lieutenant Tucker told him that he will be in charge of this department and want Sergeant McClellan is under command with Cragen's department. Also, Cragen's office now on.

in 2019, Cragen found out that he have a twin brother Hank Cragen and he in IAB Captain. Also, He have a new job in Vice IAB.

Captain Cragen told by Vice Captain Aragon and IAB Captain Howton to get new position in vacant of Vice Commanding officer and took over Vice Lieutenant Bennett's office.
