Isaac's only appearance as a playable character is in The Sims 3. He is the teenage son of the elderly Elita and Ignazio Ionello, and the younger brother of Jonathan Ionello. He is seen wearing a diamond-patterned sweatshirt on top of an orange T-shirt. He wears a pair of blue jeans and black dress shoes. He shares his good looks with his brother, but not too much else. He is one in search for love, as opposed to money. Nonetheless, he does have ambitions of becoming a chef, and already has three skill points in the subject.
Also unlike his brother, Isaac is quite a popular teenager around Bridgeport. Some of his friends include Elspeth Cook, Lisa King, and Bronson Littler. He is also close with his immediate family members. He has also met his future sister in law, Caridad Ionello, while partaking in one of the Summer festivities.
Isaac also has met his future wife, Stephanie Quinette, but both only have intentions of being close friends. In fact, Isaac has shown signs of wanting to date close friend Lisa King, while Stephanie is actually dating another.
Isaac and the rest of his family are introduced in The Sims 2.By the time the story has caught up with The Sims 2, Isaac has already met his untimely fate. An untreated case of the flu is what has lead to his death, leaving behind a wife and a son. His death has a strong impact on his wife, Stephanie Ionello, who is still mourning even after the amount of time that has gone by. His son, Jordan, was only a teenager at the time of his fathers death, but has since moved on to his own life. He too had a close relationship with his father.
