Elspeth Cook is the pre-made teenage daughter of Lady and Jeffrey Cook. She lives in Bridgeport with her parents and Cressida Wells. Her maternal grandmother, Jacquelin Chamberlin, is deceased and buried in the Bridgeport Eternal Rest Cemetery.

She hates both of her parents because of their greediness, and both are her enemies. She is distant friends with Peyton Suzuki, a babysitter, and best friends forever with Jett Atkins. Like Jett, she's a troublemaker. She has 6 skill points in drums and 2 in logic. Elspeth also Hates the Outdoors and is terrified of swimming due to her hydrophobia, and is a Daredevil. Due to an oversight, her favorite food is Tri-Tip Steak, even though she is a Vegetarian (which is somewhat similar to Jett Atkins' favorite food being Sushi despite being a Vegetarian).
