Biography
The tattoo on her arm was the biggest thing Rayn had ever committed to before she met Yuri; she could never have predicted the stunningly good-looking lumberjack would have fallen for and eventually decided to marry her. A celebrity's wife, she succeeded for a while in ignoring the constant propositions and advances made at her, but after enough time she realized she was fighting a losing battle. Again and again Yuri forgave her with grace and understanding, and in spite of her constant failures and fading beauty his love for her never abated. Now without a career to distract her, can she keep herself from yet again giving in to temptation?

Rayn Powell is a Sim living in the newly renovated town of Newcrest. Se resides in the Ridgeline Drive neighborhood, occupying one of its three residential properties, Cookout Lookout, along with her husband Yuri Powell. At the beginning of the game, Rayn has been an Elder for around a day, making her approximately eighty-three days old.

Though currently retired, Rayn was once employed in the Chef branch of the Culinary career, where she served as a Sous Chef. An exceptional cook, her mastery of Cooking and Gourmet Cooking not only led to her success in her profession but also to win Yuri's heart, whose good graces she has managed to remain in despite her near-constant string of infidelities. Known for locally sourcing, catching, and growing her own food, Rayn also possesses skill points in Fishing and Gardening, while her affinity for travelling -- which she shares with her husband -- is marked by her mastery of Selvadoradian Culture. Having chosen the Master Chef Aspiration, she has completed every requirement of the Aspiration with the exception of cooking three gourmet meals at a single event.

Rayn carries a bicycle and an assortment of fish and vegetables in her inventory.
