Write a Review!

Rodney Straight was a sim living in Sunset Valley. He was known around town for his womanizing ways. Despite this he was well liked by his wife and friends and had a job in the political career. He was first married to Morgana Sekemoto (formerly Wolff), then remarried to Eileen Straight. He is the father of June, Kirsten and Nadine Straight, and Dani Lin-Lothario.

Marriage to Morgana[edit | edit source]

Rodney met Morgana, who was recently separated from her ex-husband, Thornton. He had recently broken up with Erin Kennedy (who would later die of old age). Despite the fact that Rodney didn't want any children (the reason Morgana divorced Thornton), the two were soon in a relationship and married. However, they had little in common and would fight often. When June, Rodney's first child was born, their fighting only got worse. He soon began to cheat on his wife with Jamie Jolina. Morgana found out, fled with June, and filed for divorce.

After the divorce[edit | edit source]

Rodney and Jamie entered into an official relationship almost immediately after his divorce was finalized. They too had little in common and she had great disdain from the way he treated women, and broke up shortly after.

He then rushed into a relationship with a divorced woman named April Gonzalez.. Both were just looking for a casual hookup, so no hard feelings were involved. Despite this, April also detested the ways he treated women so things didn't work out.

Marriage to Eileen up until death[edit | edit source]

After awhile, Rodney met a woman by the name of Eileen Gunderson. Unlike the past people he's dated, Eileen liked the way that Rodney treated women, and the two were soon very much in love. They married down at the beach. Shortly after the wedding, their first daughter, Kirsten, was born. This increased stress but for awhile, Rodney managed to stay faithful to his new wife. Rodney even got into writing and became a published author of a few trashy novels. Despite the fact that both he and his wife hated kids, they had two more daughters: Dani and Nadine.

However, shortly after Nadine's birth, Rodney died via electrocution while repairing the dining room stereo. Eileen slipped into a deep depression after her husbands death. She drowned herself to death in the neighbor's swimming pool shortly after. Rodney was put to rest alongside his wife in Pleasant Rest Graveyard. Child services was unable to give custody to Morgana (June's mother) since she wasn't a blood relative. So June, just barely a young adult, was left to raise her three half-sisters.
