Biography
You know how there are "good cops" and "bad cops"? Well, Santiago is definitely the good one. Most of the time.
Santiago used to live in Riverview when he was a child, but when his parents decided to move to Bridgeport, he had to go with them. Ten years later he moved back to Riverview after winning 30,000 Simoleons with a lottery. After that he worked as a cop all his life, retiring only five years before his death. Even though he didn't fulfill his Lifetime Wish, he had no regrets about his life.
During his lifetime, Santiago had a good relationship with practically everyone he met. He didn't have many long-lasting relationships though and was happily single until he met Cynthia, who later on became his wife. After moving in with her, Santiago and Cynthia managed their busy life perfectly, leaving just enough time for personal activities. Santiago's favourite hobbies included reordering the bookcases and playing scratch-off lottery.
