| Felicity is a very impressionable young Sim who looks up to her twin brothers and giggles at their funny pranks. Unfortunately, a prank that got her hair wet without permission has scared her for life and Felicity just can’t stand to be anywhere near water. Aside from a fear of water, Felicity isn’t afraid to go out on her own and get into some trouble. Sometimes she leaves her parents worried sick! Felicity doesn’t know it yet, but she has inherited the same witch powers as her dad and brother, Jules. And hers just might prove to be the most powerful of them all!

Felicity MacDuff is a premade Sim introduced in The Sims 3: Supernatural. She lives in Moonlight Falls with her parents, Flint and Joanie MacDuff and her siblings Jules, Faith and Joe MacDuff. According to her bio, Jules set up a prank for her involving water which left Felicity scared for life and in constant fear of water. She starts off with no skills and has a baseball and a copy of "True Fairy Tales" in her inventory.
Felicity is good friends with Jules, friends with her parents and Faith and dislikes her brother, Joe. She doesn't know anyone outside her family.
Interestingly, Felicity is actually friends with Jules, despite the water prank he pulled on her, and dislikes Joe, though this could be a mix-up between the two. Felicity has the same traits as her brother, Jules.
She is a female spoof of Ron Weasley, from Harry Potter. Her fear of water is similar to Ron's fear of spiders, due to a prank, pulled on him, by his twin brothers.
