Felipe Marshall is one of the pre-made, playable Sims from the The Sims 3 Pets in Appaloosa Plains. He is the spouse of Kim Marshall, and he was once married to Juanita Blanco. His pets are Oopsie-Daisy Marshall, with whom he is best friends; BaBa Marshall, with whom he is friends; and GooGoo Marshall, also a friend. According to the family biography, Kim desperately wants to have a child and Felipe tries to give her the child she wishes so much, but unfortunately for them they haven't yet conceived one. It is implied one or both of them may be sterile: this is not the case according to the game mechanics because both are adults and are normal Sims. To substitute children, they adopt and accumulate pets and treat them as if they were children.
Felipe works in Law Enforcement career track as a Desk Jockey. He is three logic points away from the level required for a promotion. He also has one skill point in cooking.
He is a good friend of the Riffin family; acquaintances with his co-worker Gloria Bedlington and boss Chuck Hobble; disliked with Juanita Blanco and Hetty Lionheart.
