How do you create a template for a residential/community lot.

- If you mean an "infobox" template, you'll want to use {{Lot}}. You can see an example of this template in use at Fanon:1 Newbie Court. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 22:34, June 23, 2017 (UTC)
Just curious as to why http://sims.wikia.com/wiki/The_Sims_Wiki:Templates doesn't include one?

- Not all templates are listed there; we generally try to categorize all templates under a subcategory of Category:Templates. However, there are probably a sizable number of templates that aren't categorized. —k6ka 🍁 (Talk · Contributions) 22:10, July 3, 2017 (UTC)
