Forum:Sunset valley and Pleasantview
I think that Sunset Valley and Pleasantview isn´t same town.
1: In description of Sunset Valley is wrote "Before Pleasantview, there was Sunset Valley. " No that Sunset Valley and Pleasantview are same town
2: In old town/Pleasantview are a lot of roads different from roads in Sunset Valley and sea coast is too very ,very different
3: I think that Sunset Valley and Pleasantview/Old town isn´t same town but Pleasantview is so near Sunset Valley.
I think that Mortimer Goth moved to Pleasantview when he bured down his parent´s house because he can´t stay there and Pleasantview wasn´t far from his first home ~~User:Majo.mraz.9~~ WAS MY OLD THEORY,NOW I HAVE DIFFERENT VIEW
- I actually think they are the same place, so when Bella and Mortimer got married, they moved to a new district of Sunset Valley called Old Town, then once their home burned down, they moved again and renamed Sunset Valley to Pleasantview. Joey.eyeball (talk) 19:01, March 11, 2014 (UTC)

My cousin show me her theory and it´s better,so there was too created her animation how can Sunset valley changed to Pleasantview and it was amazing and realistic. It had some elements whitch can´t be played in sims (for example earthquake,how city burned down,or how water on coast rising and gradually flooding part of city) but it 100% follow storyline in Sims series. ~~User:Majo.mraz.9~~ 16:03 ,March 21 , 2014 (UTC)

- Yup, i guess it is actually the same town. Initially it was Sunset Valley founded by the Landgraabs and Goths, shortly after the Clavells arrived, and then the Wainwright, Crumplebottoms, Langerak, Bachelor, et al. Between Sunset Valley and Neighboorhood 1, most of these families moved away\were killed and so on, moved new families like the Hicks, Mashugas, Charmings, Newbies, Pleasants, ecc... then one generation passed and more families like the Dreamer, Calientes, Lothario, ecc... moved in, and now it was called Pleasantwiew. And finally in the sims 4 there's Riviera who could be further in the future than Pleasantwiew.

Either 4 girls and 2 guys, or 5 girls and 1 guy.), Drowned Spouses (an household of the playable drowning ghosts of Ransom Clavell, Jennie Clavell, Erik Darling, Skip Broke, and also Ransom + Jennie's ghostbaby daughter, Whisper.), Firey Souls (an household of the playable burned ghosts of Basil Flores, Darleen Dreamer, and Kaylinn Langerak Sr.\TS3 Kaylinn Langerak. Arlo senior is buried in the graveyard with most of the other TS3-introduced sims.), Crumplebottom-Steel (Minnow Crumplebottom's dad, "Crumplelips" Crumplebottom, was the son of Agnes and Christopher Steel. Chris died before he could marry Agnes and now is buried in the cemetery. Since Chris and Missy Grunt are first cousins, Minnow is Tank\Ripp\Buck's third cousin in addition to being Alex and Cassie's second cousin. She lives with her daughter\heir\local creepy-child Fishbone [whose father is the Grim Reaper- yes she and nervous are siblings and actually even quite good friends], and has a lot of tombstones in her lot, including these of her parents and grandparents. Yep she idolizes Olive Specter. And quite a few of these tombstones were TS3-introduced sims.), Quxxn (AKA Neesha Peoples. Yup the one that died, could have roommates could have not.), GilsCarbo (AKA Goopy, Meadow Thayer, and Marsha Bruening sharing an house)... and i think they could make riviera be connected to two other neighboorhoods that are actually Strangetown and Veronaville... (in the sense that Minnow could take a taxi to Strangetown to visit her cousin Ripp)
- *Arlo Junior. Yeah, the story is that TS3 Kaylinn and Arlo had twins, that were named Kaylinn Jr. and Arlo Jr. But Kaylinn Sr. dyed shortly before she could marry Arlo Sr., a'la Erik Darling. Both of them had natural blonde hair and green\lime eyes, but KJ had the same face\personality as TS3 Kaylinn, and AJ had Arlo's face\personality. Yeah.

Well Sunset Valley is technically the Sims 3 equivalent of Pleasantview. Being a Sims 3 neighbourhood, it is more developed than Pleasantview.
Personally I think that much of Sunset Valley was changed and rebuilt, then it was re-named Old Town and later Pleasantview.
Or perhaps it is three neighbourhoods / towns in one - Sunset Valley being one part of the neighbourhood, Old Town being the second part and Pleasantview the third. -- C.Syde (talk | contribs) 06:33, August 4, 2014 (UTC)
