Gaylord Koffi
|
Gaylord Koffi is Gobias Koffi's father. He is buried in Pleasant Rest Graveyard, Sunset Valley, and sometimes appears as a ghost in the cemetery.
Gobias Koffi's mother does not appear in the family tree, so it is possible that Gaylord adopted him. His first name may be a pun on the term "gay" - slang for "homosexual," thereby implying that he is homosexual. However, "Gaylord" is an actual, if uncommon, given name.[1] It may (or may also) have been intended to sound somewhat "old-fashioned".
Resurrection tip
This Sim can be brought back to life with ambrosia or with the Oh My Ghost! opportunity.

Trivia
- He has both the Can't Stand Art and Artistic traits, even though they conflict.
- It is possible that he was originally from Appaloosa Plains, hinted at both by his cowboy-like appearance and the fact that the aforementioned town is home to The Koffi Café.

- ↑ Wiktionary says that it has "rarely been given after the 1960s because of the modern meaning of gay."
