J Huntington III is a Sim who appears in The Sims 4 base game, living in Oasis Springs with his roommates Zoe Patel, Mitchell Kalani, and Gavin Richards. He is acquaintances with them all at the start of the game, and knows no-one outside of his household.

Trivia

• J and his roommates appear to be based on the lead characters from the sitcom New Girl, a US television series about an eccentric young woman named Jess and her three male roommates. Though Mitchell, J, and Gavin do not seem to be directly based on any one of Jess's roommates in particular, J bears the strongest resemblance to Schmidt due to their shared ladies' man tendencies and interest in fitness (though the latter is a trait J also shares with Winston).
• As with Frances J. Worthington III and Malcolm Landgraab IV, J's spouse and children will inherit the "III" at the end of his surname unless he takes his spouse's name. However, The Sims 4 allows characters names to be changed in CAS at any time, allowing the player to circumvent this problem quite easily.
• J is one of very few characters in the franchise to have only a single letter as one of his names.
