Jonathan Hickey is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during his lifetime in Riverblossom Hills, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Seasons. He was the husband of Jennifer Hickey, the father of Sara Roth, the grandfather of Morty Roth, and the great grandfather of Sandra and Xander Roth.

Jonathan has personality points and interests, something not every ancestral Sim has. He is completely resurrectable, even though he doesn't have a grave. Jonathan has the Popularity aspiration, and the Libra zodiac sign. As far as personality, he is very outgoing, quite nice, and somewhat playful. But he is very sloppy and lazy.

According to Jonathan's SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was red before it turned grey. According to his age data, he had 13 days left in the elder life stage when he died. Jonathan's facial structure is seemingly identical to the 19th Maxis face template in Create a Sim.

While all the memories of pre-made playable Sims in Riverblossom Hills are positive, he has a negative memory of his wife's death. The names of Jonathan and his wife, Jennifer may be a reference of John and Jennifer Burb, respectively.
