Jules O'Mackey is a pre-made playable teenage Sim featured in Riverblossom Hills, which comes with The Sims 2: Seasons. She is the daughter of Gabe and Alexandra O'Mackey, who are divorced at the game's start. Jules has red hair and wears a white-gray jacket over a pink shirt, white-gray pants, and black shoes. When the family is first played, she is 13 days from being an adult.

Jules has the Popularity aspiration and her biggest want is to get a job in the Journalism career track. She even wants to write a story following the life of her step-cousin, Daisy Greenman (the stepdaughter of her uncle Jason). Even though Jules is thin at the start of the game, her fitness level indicates that she is supposed to be fit.

Jules loves to garden and is willing to help people out. Her father teaches at her high school, which she doesn't like as it might affect her reputation. Jules also doesn't like him dating Patricia Wan. Her ex-boyfriend is Jacob Martin, who she is still friends with. She is enemies with Sandra Roth, Jacob's new girlfriend.

While Jules seems to appear as a toddler in the picture of Jason and Rose's wedding, both her father's memories and her own memories of meeting Rose indicate that she was a teen at the time. When her house is first loaded, she will have a memory of meeting Andrew Martin, yet he does not appear in her relationship panel. Players can remedy this by having them meet-in game.

According to her Sim DNA page in SimPE, she has a recessive allele for green eyes. She gets from her maternal grandfather, as he is her only known relative who has green eyes. Despite this, both of her parents are homozygous for blue eyes.

She could possibly be based on Cher Horowitz from the movie Clueless due to her similar clothes, appearance, both being embarrassed of their father and both wanting to be popular. However, Jules has different hair to Cher and also aspires to be a journalist whereas Cher aspires to be a lawyer.
