He gained the reputation of "Naughty" for cheating on his wife with Imogen Pelly and Sofia Martingale. Kanoa's absence from home life continuously drops his relationship with Ethan, thus making Ethan become closer to his mother and disliking his father. Kanoa will also most definitely end up with the reputation of being a cheater unless the player has Kanoa break up with his wife as soon as possible.
