Kat Hunter is a pre-made Sim in The Sims 3: Ambitions. Kat lives in Twinbrook with her new and much younger boyfriend Buck Green.

She is divorced from Clark Peddler, and they have a bad relationship.

At the start of the game, Kat works at the Spa, is at level one in that job, and has no skills. Outside of home, Kat knows her ex-husband, Amy Bull, and DeAndre Wolf. Her biography states that she is looking for something and by the text clues and her lifetime wish is possible that she wants new lovers. Her name sounds like "cat hunter," a possible allusion to her status as a "cougar." A cougar is both a large predatory cat, and a slang term that has relatively recently come into popularity for a middle-aged woman who pursues younger men. This hypothesis is supported by the age difference between her and Buck.
