Keesa Kozlov is a pre-made deceased Sim from Desiderata Valley. She is the wife of Pavel Kozlov, mother of Larisa Aspir and Katerina Una, and grandmother of Luis Aspir and Natasha Una. She died long before the start of The Sims 2: FreeTime, longer than most ancestral Sims as her death was early, in her adult form. Keesa, along with the rest of her family, is resurrectable, and she comes with personality points, unlike ancestral Sims from other neighbourhoods.

Keesa may be a diminutive name for Karelisa, a Russian name referred to the region of Kareliya.
