Keesa Patel (née Sumanth) is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Belladonna Cove, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. She was the daughter of Tyral and Irina Sumanth, the wife of Karan Patel, the mother of Ramir Patel, and the grandmother of her son's unborn child. Keesa is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. She has the Fortune aspiration, and the Gemini zodiac sign. As far as personality, Keesa is very active and quite outgoing. But she is somewhat sloppy, and quite serious and grouchy.

Keesa is one of the few ancestral Sims to die as an adult, so she died a premature death. According to her age data, she had 29 days left in the adult life stage when she died. Keesa uses the 2nd Maxis face template in Create a Sim, except the eyebrows and eyes which use the 14th face template. Also the jaw is longer than on the default face. However the jaw is only longer on teenage, adult and elder females, which may mean that the jaw was genetically passed down, as this oddity generally only occurs on Sims whose facial features were genetically passed down. Keesa's SimDNA in SimPE shows that she carries the recessive allele for dark blue eyes.

Unlike several other married ancestors from Apartment Life who have memories of their spouses, she only has Mystery Sim memories. However Keesa still has memories of giving birth to Ramir, as well as him getting engaged and married. Strangely, her memories indicate that her son got engaged and married, before Keesa met Mystery Sim. Her husband's memories on the other hand are much more accurate, as they indicate that their son getting engaged and married were the last things that he remembered. This was probably a mistake made by the developers. Despite her aspiration, Keesa isn't interested in Money.
