Kenneth Rutherford is the husband of Leandra Rutherford, the father of Marissa Cleveland and Geoff Rutherford, and the grandfather of Justin Cleveland. Not much is known about him since he is deceased before the start of The Sims 2.
Kenneth is the anglicized form of two names: Coinneach, from the Gaelic caoin, or handsome and Cinaed, Gaelic for 'born of fire'. .
