Kumiko Kimura is a pre-made deceased ancestral Sim who resided during her lifetime in Desiderata Valley, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: FreeTime. She was the wife of Jiro Kimura, the mother of Noriko Aspir (née Kimura), the grandmother of Victor Aspir, and the great grandmother of Pauline Aspir.
Kumiko is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. She has the Romance aspiration, and the Capricorn zodiac sign. As far as personality, Kumiko is very playful, quite neat, and a little bit nice. But she is very lazy, and somewhat shy. Kumiko is one of the few ancestral Sims to die as an adult, so she died a premature death. According to her age data, she had 29 days left in the adult life stage when she died.
Kumiko's facial structure is almost if not identical to the 8th Maxis face template in Create a Sim. Oddly, in Kumiko and Luis Aspir's memories, it shows that Kumiko died right after her husband, which indicates that she was a lot younger than he is. But it also shows in Luis' memories that Kumiko died after her grandson Victor was born, which is very unlikely to happen in normal gameplay, unless she had access to Elixir of Life. There is no evidence that she or her husband are related with Tori Kimura from Sunset Valley.
Kumiko is a Japanese name, a combination of ku, meaning 'long time', mi, meaning 'beautiful', and ko, meaning 'child'.
Resurrection tip
This Sim can be brought back to life using the Resurrect-O-Nomitron, the genie lamp or an evil witch's spell.
