Lerato Muenda is the mother of Willow Nigmos and Olive Specter and wife to Peponi Muenda. Lerato is also maternal grandmother to both Ophelia Nigmos and Nervous Subject. Not much is said about her life story except she, like her husband, also died young and is buried in The Specter family graveyard. According to Olive's memories, she and her husband both died after Willow got married.

When Lerato's ghost appears, her appearance will change, and it will be different on every game. She has the 5th face template in Create a Sim except for the customized mouth.
