They share the same bathroom. On the third floor, there is a hot tub, a bar, lounge chairs, and a stereo. The Caliente sisters will be on the top floor when first played.

There are a few trees on the lot, and Darleen's grave is under the largest of them.

Since part of the Maxis-created back-story for the Dreamer family is that Darren hasn't been paying the bills, there will be unpaid bills on the floor and other surfaces when this lot is first played.

The shower is outside. There are many different types of trees outside.

Many players don't even notice this house as it is small and situated in a part of the town that is not easily visible, with trees all around it. There are no houses nearby.

On the second floor, there is a large master bedroom with a portrait of Bella over the bed, and a desk for Mortimer's work - and sometimes Alexander's homework. Cassandra's and Alexander's bedrooms are across the hall. Alexander's bedroom has child's things, but the carpeting and wallpaper is slightly Gothic. There are two bathrooms, and though considered separate, they are connected. The new third floor is similar to an attic, with an easel. The fourth floor is a patio deck with an expensive telescope. There is a porch on the front.

Just like other Goth homes, it features family graveyard. The graveyard contains 6 tombstones. At the backyard, there is a wedding arch and buffet table, which hints that Cassandra is about to get married. When the family is first played, Cassandra and Don are in front of the wedding arch. However, if she asks to get married right away, Don will leave her at the altar.

215 Sim Lane

215 Sim Lane

Type: Residential
Size: 30x40
Number of floors: 2
Occupants: Pleasant family
Number of bedrooms: 3
Number of bathrooms: 3

215 Sim Lane is the house of Pleasant family. The house appears to be a Cape Cod which has been expanded. If Seasons is installed, there may be temperature issues on the upper floor. This happens because there is a glitch in Angela's room that allows outside air to traverse through the "fake" wall created by the roofing. This may cause Angela to complain about "weather in my house" if this isn't corrected, and that involves repairing the roof. Also this may cause environment score drops so much. The upper floor has Lilith's and Angela's bedrooms, and a bathroom. The first floor has a small living area with bookcases and a wall-mounted TV, 1.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, a dining area, and the master bedroom. Outside, there is a pool. If Nightlife is installed, there is enough room on the lot for a driveway, and even a garage. The house cost around 102,000 simoleons.

55 Woodland Drive

55 Woodland Drive

Type: Residential
Number of floors: 1
Occupants: Broke family
Number of bedrooms: 2
Number of bathrooms: 1

55 Woodland Drive is the home of Brandi Broke and her two sons, Beau and Dustin.

Outside, the house has a few bushes next to a small porch. In back of the house is a small square pool with no ladder, which is possibly where Skip had his "suspicious pool ladder accident."

Inside, there is a cheap dining area with a pink kitchen. Nearby, there is a cheap living chair and a TV. Beau's crib and toys are in the hallway. Along the hallway is Dustin's room, which has a pinball machine; and the bathroom.

Brandi's bedroom is at the end of the house, and has red wallpaper. Brandi's room is the only room in the house which has furnishings and decorations that aren't cheap.

The mansion is accessed mainly by use of a bridge, which spans a large pond at the front of the property. If Seasons is installed, most of the pond's banks will be too steep to allow Sims to fish. When looking at the park from the street, the left rear is a picnic area with a barbecue grill.

The area near the street has (from left to right) a small building with toilets, a small paved area with two chess tables, an entry area with flowers and a tree, and a gazebo. There is a swing set near the gazebo.
