Maida Ejess (née Ivof) is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Belladonna Cove, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. She was the daughter of Mado and Taline Ivof, the wife of Owen Ejess, the mother of Ana Patel (née Ejess), the mother-in-law of Ramir Patel, and the grandmother of her daughter's unborn child. Maida is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. She has the Fortune aspiration, and the Taurus zodiac sign. As far as personality, Maida is very playful, and a little bit neat and outgoing. But she is quite lazy and somewhat grouchy.

According to Maida's SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was black before it turned grey. According to her age data, she had 19 days left in the elder life stage when she died. Maida uses the 2nd and 12th Maxis face templates in Create a Sim. The ears, eyes, and mouth use the 2nd face template, while the eyebrows, nose, and jaw use the 12th template. Also the jaw is longer than on the default face. However the jaw is only longer on teenage, adult and elder females, which may mean that the jaw was genetically passed down, as this oddity generally only occurs on Sims whose facial features were genetically passed down.
