Malcolm Landgraab IV is one of the pre-created Sims who lives in a large mansion in Bluewater Village, the default shopping district. He owns 2 community lots, Club Dante and Electronics Supercenter. He has the same first name as his great grandfather, grandfather and father. It appears that he and Florence Delarosa have a slight love interest in each other as she does not want him simply for his money.
