Malcolm Landgraab IV is one of the pre-created Sims who lives in a large mansion in Bluewater Village, the default shopping district. He owns 2 community lots, Club Dante and Electronics Supercenter. He has the same first name as his great grandfather, grandfather and father. In the Landgraab family album, there is a picture of Malcolm and mysterious ginger woman (very similar to Nina Caliente) in the hot tub but it is unknown who she really is because Malcolm has no memory of her. It appears that he and Florence Delarosa have a slight love interest in each other as she does not want him simply for his money.
