Mariana Capitano is one of the pre-made, yet unplayable ancestral Sims that resided in Veronaville in The Sims 2. She was the wife of Angelo Capitano, the mother of Silvia Monty (née Capitano), the mother in-law of Valentine Monty, the grandmother of Patrizio Monty, the great grandmother of Bianca, Antonio, and the late Claudio Monty, and the great great grandmother of Romeo, Mercutio, Beatrice, Benedick, and the late Unborn baby Monty.

Mariana's gravestone does not exist within Veronaville, so she can't be made playable without the use of hacks. As a result, the only indication of Mariana's existence is provided by the family tree of her descendants. According to her SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was black before it turned grey.

Mariana has no memories of her husband, and although she has the memory of doing WooHoo with Mystery Sim, she doesn't have the memory of Silvia's birth. So basically apart from the WooHoo memory, she only has Create a Sim memories. Mariana has no skill points or personality points, and if she is resurrected with hacks, she will have a random set of interests.
