Meadow Carpenter-Rhodes is an insane gardener who is living alone in Riverview. She over-loves plants, and lives far enough away from her parents that they don't bother her, but her father is really concerned about this way of life, but this does not worry her mother because she also over-loves plants and understands her daughter's choice.
