Mickey Dosser is a member of the Oresha-Hoh-Var Fraternity at La Fiesta Tech. He is an Undeclared second-semester freshman with a 2.0 GPA, and is the only pre-made college Sim who is known to be on academic probation. He doesn't seem to care about his grades, though when first played, he has just enough class performance to avoid expulsion. He will usually roll the want to declare Art as his major, and will fear declaring Physics conversely.

Mickey is on the verge of having minimum fitness. He also closely resembles Joshua Ruben in the Urele-Oresha-Cham Fraternity in Sim State University. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He wears a red and black beanie, along with a gray hoodie and dark pants. He is one of the two fat Sims in La Fiesta Tech, the other one being Monica Bratford.

He and Joshua Ruben will look quite different from each other when they become elders, even though they both use the 25th face in Create a Sim. For other life stages Mickey's face is linked to the 2nd template while Joshua's is linked to the 26th template.

Mickey is 49 hours away from the final exam in his second semester, when the fraternity is first played. Like several other Sims from La Fiesta Tech, he starts off with no gender preference.

In actual gameplay, a Sim could not get past the first semester of the Undeclared major with one body point, and no other skills, as it is not one of the three skills required for that semester. It is possible that this was an error by the developers, and that he was supposed to be repeating his first semester.
