Monica Bratford is a female Sim studying at La Fiesta Tech, one of the college sub-neighborhoods shipped with The Sims 2: University. She is a first-semester Sophomore year majoring in Art. Monica is friends with her sorority sister and housemate, Sarah Love.

Oddly, even though her memories indicate that she joined the sorority after her Freshman year, and is older than the other members, she is the only one to have no relationships outside of the household when first played. She has unused glasses (the frames) and if they are removed they will be lost.

It is possible to put the glasses in Create a Sim by importing her with SimPE into Body Shop and then using her head as one of the pre-made templates for women. Her annual GPA after her freshman year was 2.4. Monica is 54 hours away from the final exam in her third semester, when the sorority is first played.

Like several other Sims from La Fiesta Tech, she starts off with no gender preference. Strangely, if Monica's appearance is extracted with SimPE to Body Shop, she will be thin instead of fat. This is also the case of Kevin Beare, Chaz Whippler, and Edwin Sharpe.
