Nicholas Landchild is the first male landlord from The Sims 2: Apartment Life, the other two being Steven Butler and Ivy Shaw. He can be made playable by befriending him and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. He has the same facial structure as Grayson Butler.
Nicholas' name is randomized at the start of the game. The name "Nicholas Landchild" is only referenced in the game files.
