Olivia Riley (née Caer) is the late wife of Belladonna Cove resident Timothy Riley and the mother of Sally Riley. She is dead before the start of The Sims 2, but she can be resurrected using the Resurrect-O-Nomitron.

According to Timothy Riley's bio, she died in a freak electrical accident, which devastated both Timothy and her daughter, Sally.

• Olivia's gravestone is located in Belladonna Cove Art Museum. Player can only find it when Belladonna Cove is the first time played and Belladonna Cove Art Museum is the first lot loaded.
