Opportunity/Scuba diving

This is the list of scuba diving opportunities. Unlike most skill opportunities, scuba diving opportunities cannot be received on phone, but rather, when checking for diving work at the city hall, bistro, diner, or science lab. The world also requires a diving area for the interaction to appear.

City hall

Maybe (Sim name) can use his / her diving skills to find some urchins for the chef.
