Paul Holder is a pre-made Sim who appears in the freeplay mode of The Sims 2 for console. They can only appear if all other families are deleted. Throwing a party is the best way to meet them, they also have no picture in the relationship panel. They look similar to the default female Sim from Create-a-Sim, but have a customized face and different clothing. They wear a white shirt with green sleeves, brown pants and green heels. This is the same for their clone Jeb Tortsen.
Their name may be a reference to "placeholder".
