Penny Pincher is a pre-made Sim in The Sims 3: Ambitions. She lives in Twinbrook along with her roommate, Clark Peddler, where they form the Simoleon Savers household.

She and Clark are best friends, but outside of home, she only knows the popular rocker DeAndre Wolf. At the beginning of the game, Penny has no skills, but she has a part-time job at the library. She is at level 1, but her performance is poor, and she will be fired unless she improves it. If story progression is left alone, she and Clark will probably start developing a romantic relationship.

There is a glitch that happens at the start of the game: She and Clark are related in their family trees as if they were married, even though they're not. Sometimes, she will still be connected to Clark Peddler in her family tree even if she marries someone else.
