Pixie Carlton is a premade, deceased Sim who once lived in Twinbrook. She died from electrocution before completing her lifetime wish.

Her urn can be found in the home of the Racket family on top of a drawer in the living room, which led some player to speculate that Pixie was in fact murdered by Rackets (who are criminals), while murder is not possible in normal gameplay, it may have been intended to be a storyline. However this speculation remains unconfirmed. There is speculation that she is related to Sofia Carlton, as Pixie and Sofia are the only Carltons known to exist in town. Pixie was the mother of Sofia, but this is unconfirmed. In addition, they share the Great Kisser, Schmoozer, and Snob traits, as well as a fondness for pop music. While is it not explicitly stated that they are related, it is certainly plausible for players to view them as related.

Like every deceased Sim of Twinbrook, she has pale green skin, grey hair and bare feet.

She bears a striking facial resemblance to Jhyll King, the mother of Ja'mie King, from the TV series Summer Heights High. Ja'mie is the quintessential primadonna, which is perhaps another reference to Sofia Carlton's link to Paris Hilton. Also, her name may be a reference to Pixie Geldof, the sister of Peaches Geldof, a British model and socialite.
