Priya Ramaswami (प्रिया रामास्वामी) is a pre-made playable adult Sim from the Ramaswami family, which is added to the family bin of every neighborhood that is updated with the secret sub-neighborhood Weather from The Sims 2 Seasons expansion pack. She lives with her husband Sanjay and supports his dream to pursue a career in Music. She has her own dreams of being an editor of a magazine as well as starting a family with her husband. Priya is employed in the Journalism career at level 4 as a Fact Checker.

Oddly, when Priya is pregnant her hairstyle changes into plaits. This is probably because Seasons was the first to allow a different hairstyle to be set for every outfit a Sim wears, and Priya is being used to showcase this new feature. However, since maternity outfits cannot be chosen by the player, most pregnant Sims retain their everyday hairstyles during pregnancy.

When the family is first played, Priya will be 24 days from becoming an elder. She and her husband's character data can be found on The Sims Castaway Stories using SimPE. Also when viewing Priya's character data in SimPE, her zodiac sign is not recognized.

When she grows into an elder, it becomes clear that Priya's nose comes from the second of the two broken Maxis face templates in Create a Sim. This also happens with Violet Jocque when she becomes an adult. Priya has 5 points in all areas of her interests which would not have been possible without the use of cheats.

When Priya wears her gym clothes, she uses braids that can't be accessed outside Create a Sim debugging mode. This is the same hairstyle that Calpurnia Caesar has when she appears in-game. In her character files, Priya has a hidden Family Aspiration token.

Broken face

This Sim uses one of the "broken" Maxis face templates. When he/she grows up to the next life stage, his/her facial structure will be different.
