Roscoe Flores is a small male dog owned by Amaya Flores from Garden Heights, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Pet Stories. He is a Jack Russell Terrier and wears a brown collar. Roscoe does not play a part in the Best in Show story.

After the story, Amaya and Roscoe become playable from their home in 1361 Dargail Lane.

As far as personality goes, Roscoe is a hyper and friendly dog (the latter reflects his biography). His main interests are Scary Things, Sleeping and Weather. Strangely, Roscoe doesn't know Sam Whitt or Meat Grinder, despite having memories about them.
