Rose Miller is one of the pre-made downtownies in The Sims 2: Nightlife. She can be made playable by aging her up and marrying her, sending her to college, or asking her to move in. Rose's career is randomized at the start of the game, and she is mainly interested in Culture, Paranormal, Travel, Crime, and Sports. She is a C student in public school.

Rose's name is randomized when Downtown is generated. The name "Rose Miller" is only referenced in the game files. Like most downtownies in The Sims 2, she has a customized facial structure. Rose uses a customized version of the 21st Maxis face template in Create a Sim, which is evident when she grows into an adult. Even though make-up turns her off, she wears make-up.
