She is the older sister of Shirley Lin, but they have very different goals in life - Roxie is a wildchild, while Shirley is a studious, hard-working young woman. Can they continue to live in forced harmony or will one of them eventually snap?
Roxie normally has her long black hair loose and behind a pale blue headband, showing off her gold hoop earrings, and a pale blue and lilac flower-patterned top with a strap around her neck, matched with light blue jeans and brown-ish high-heeled boots. Her face is usually decorated in a bit of makeup - blusher, black lipstick and a slight bit of eyeshadow and eyeliner. She also wears three white bangles on her left arm.
Har favourite colour is purple but she appears to also enjoy the colours black and light blue. She lives in the country town of Riverview, but it seems that she would prefer the active town of Sunset Valley, as she is a bit of a party girl.
She is fairly similar to the Sunset Valley resident, Zelda Mae, as they both have the Flirty traits, enjoy music and wear quite a bit of makeup.
She has a fair good guitar skill and she has improved it until level 5 when the game begins. She also has 2 points of charisma.
She appears to be close from Ivanov family, being friends with some of its members.
