Need grass? There's some here. Actually, there's a lot here. Scavenger Field is also the site of the mysterious Stone Oddities -- strange relics of an ancient, some say alien, presence.

Scavenger Fields is a community lot in the center of Felicity Island, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Castaway Stories. Like all community lots, it can be visited by using the travel map. A path to the east leads to The Crossroads while a path to the south leads to the Village Market.

In the Shipwrecked and Single story, the protagonist follows Professor Rhinehart's advice to cut long grass at the Scavenger Fields to weave a sail for the raft. After cutting all the grass that is needed, Nanihi Manave shows up and climbs in a tree while being chased by hyenas. The protagonist throws the bone that he/she picked up at The Boneyard to distract the hyenas and save Nanihi.

Scavenger Fields also features a mini-game, called Singing Stones. Whenever Singing Stones show a pattern you must copy that pattern. If you follow the correct pattern green lights will come out of the Singing Stones, but if it's the wrong pattern, red lights will come out.

Trivia

  • After some levels of the Singing Stones mini-game (only upon reaching this level for the first time), the protagonist receives a singing stone that can be given to Orama Herenui to complete her task.
