Sherman Bagley is the son of Ma, and the younger brother of Rhoda. Fresh out of the teen life stage, he lives with them in their house at the edge of Riverview. However, he isn't interested in being a Criminal like his mother and sister, he wants to help his country rather than hurt it. He has a job in Military, which his mother and sister don't understand or approve of. His cowardly personality also gets in the way from his family's aspirations for him. The player will have to choose if he wants Sherman to follow in his mother's footsteps or branch out on his own. He seems to be similar to Dudley Racket in the sense that he is good in a family of predominately evil Sims. He has one point in logic and handiness, and two points in the athletic skill.

He may be a spoof of Ma Barker's son, Herman Barker.
