Simon Hodges is a pre-made townie who lives in Starlight Shores, the world introduced in The Sims 3: Showtime. He doesn't have any skills and relationships at the start of the game. He can be made playable by marrying him, or by befriending and asking him to move in.

He works as a Decoy in the criminal career at Level 1.
