Sinjon Frank is a pre-created Sim who is deceased before the start of the game, he had at one point lived in Bridgeport. He died from Thirst and rests behind the theater, between dumpsters. He has 9 points in the Athletic skill and 6 in cooking skill. He has a purplish skin.

Interestingly, when resurrected, his motives are the same as those of normal Sims, even though his death is reserved for vampires. Like every other deceased sim from Bridgeport, he has pale purplish skin and is wearing gray clothing.
