Stephen Tinker is a pre-made Sim who has just moved to Bluewater Village, with his wife, Wanda Tinker, and daughter Melody Tinker. He and his wife are just starting a home toyshop. His wife is more skilled at making toys, while his daughter Melody Tinker, who is supposed to take over the shop one day, has no toy making skills whatsoever - and no interest in making toys. Stephen has a bronze badge in sales. When you first play the family, Stephen is 11 days from becoming an elder.
He is very neat and likes to organize his shop; he is not very outgoing. He is only moderately nice, although he is playful, while not being active. He and his wife's memories are normal. They have had their first kiss, got married, and have had a child.
His fitness bar indicates that he is meant to be slim, even though he is fat. The next time his fitness changes by working out he will become slim. However, if he overeats he will stay fat.
Judging by his wants at the beginning, he wants another baby, and for his daughter, Melody Tinker to be an overachiever.
He doesn't have any memories of both of her parents. He also doesn't recognize them as deceased, because he has no memory of his parents death.
