Since this page was vandallised, I am helping to make it better. Post your award ideas here! --PepterPepper 01:38, 28 May 2009 (UTC)

Quick tip if you're suggesting icons for awards. The dimensions of awards are 20x20 pixels. You can resize other stuff, but make sure they're square or they'll be skewed. Duskey(talk)(blog) 05:05, June 19, 2010 (UTC)

Award Ideas

If you helped me out, there should be an award for doing that. It should look a plumbob with a P on it. The P stands for Pepterpepper. PepterPepper

Winning a caption contest. In doing so, a picture of a plumbob with small illegible writing above and/or below it. Trull 02:14, 1 June 2009 (UTC)

Bella Goth award. For best picture of Bella Goth! ~~~~

SimPhotographer Award. Let's make photography contest... Using TS2 n TS3... Ajannaka 11:07, 3 July 2009 (UTC)

You could use this icon for that Duskey(talk)(blog) 05:05, June 19, 2010 (UTC)

A winner trophy, for when someone's a winner of something. I think we should reserve this for winning a site competition or something. Duskey(talk)(blog) 04:52, June 19, 2010 (UTC)

A cold mug of beer, so the guys won't have to hand each other flowers :s Duskey(talk)(blog) 05:05, June 19, 2010 (UTC)

Maybe a happy smiley if someone helped cheer you up or brightened your day? Duskey(talk)(blog) 08:31, June 19, 2010 (UTC)

I think it would be cool if all the awards were moodlets or somehow game-related. Examples:
A cap for editors who learn how to do complex edits or who have vastly improved their editing skills. (An image without the background would be nice, but I don't know where to find them).
This moodlet for someone who helps complete or participates in a large task or project on the wiki.
This moodlet, or this one: , for a user who has done X number of edits or a lot of edits in a short period of time.
Just some ideas. Again, they'd be better without the backgrounds, but whatever. LostInRiverview (talk)(blog) 12:58, June 19, 2010 (UTC)
Added a page on where I normally get my stuff: User:Duskey/Resources. Duskey(talk)(blog) 12:10, June 20, 2010 (UTC)
Took the liberty of adding the moodlets without the frame and in 20px size. Can't seem to locate the 'fulfilled' one atm. Duskey(talk)(blog) 20:40, July 15, 2010 (UTC)
Found the fulfilled icon; File:Balloon_ful2.png. 20px is just too small for that image to be useful; 25px is an improvement, but I know all the other awards are at size 20px so I'd lean towards not using the fulfilled icon as an award. -- Patrick (LostInRiverview) (talk)(blog) 21:09, July 15, 2010 (UTC)

A medal might also be handy. Duskey(talk)(blog) 19:44, July 14, 2010 (UTC)

I agree with this ideas, but why they are stuck here and never went to action? ---Guilherme Guerreiro 18:48, October 8, 2010 (UTC)

Who? What? Why?

Is there a way to let people know why you got the award and who gave it to you? Duskey(talk)(blog) 13:09, July 15, 2010 (UTC)

is this award thing active?

Is this award thing active?--Monster2821 (talk) 01:32, September 19, 2010 (UTC)

Yes it is, though so far only the gifts and the birthday cake is in use as far as I know. --Duskeytalk 22:15, September 19, 2010 (UTC)

Ideas

For users who have spent a large amount of time helping others.

For users who take part in many discussions, or have given many ways to resolve a problem.

All for now. --BobNewbie talkblog 17:11, December 13, 2010 (UTC)
