Theresa Ramirez is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Bluewater Village, the shopping district that was shipped with The Sims 2: Open for Business Expansion pack. She was the wife of Juan Ramirez, the mother of Checo Ramirez, and the grandmother of Tessa Ramirez. Theresa has personality points and interests, something not every ancestral Sim has.

She is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. Theresa has the Fortune aspiration, and the Libra zodiac sign. Despite her aspiration, she isn't interested in money. As far as personality, Theresa is very outgoing, quite playful, and rather nice. But she is a quite sloppy, and rather lazy.

According to Theresa's SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was brown before it turned grey. According to her age data, she had 18 days left in the elder life stage when she died. Like several other pre-made deceased Sims, Theresa has a customized face.

Her face appears to be a slightly modified version of a pre-made CAS face already in Create a Sim, for the second skin tone for elder females, with the French braid hairstyle. The said template is customized from the 9th Maxis face template in Create a Sim, except the eyes use the 8th template, and the nose uses the 4th template.

Resurrection tip
